TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING;
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRACTOR IS SHUT OFF AND THE TRAILER CANNOT MOVE
BEFORE SERVICING THE 2X . MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE WORK MUST
BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON ONLY.
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE REMEDY
Box will not
raise or lower
• No hydraulic power
• Lift/Dump cylinder
leaking
• Box overloaded
•
Insufficient
hydraulic
pressure
• Hydraulic circuit
crossed
• Connect hydraulic circuits to tractor properly
• Actuate proper hydraulic valve
• Check quick-couplers to be certain they are
completely engaged
• Replace clogged hydraulic filter in tractor
• Fill tractor hydraulic oil to proper level
• Repair or replace cylinder as needed
• Remove part of the load
• Use power unit capable of providing 2800 psi.

• Replace worn hydraulic pump on tractor
• Trace hydraulic circuit and connect so front and rear
lift cylinders lift in series, & the dump cylinders are
plumbed in parallel
