The 2X was not damaged in shipment. Check for dents and loose or missing
parts. Report damage immediately to H&S Manufacturing Co., Inc.

The 2X has been correctly assembled according to the Dealer Set-up
Instructions and/ or the Set-up & Assembly Instructions in this manual.

Wheel nuts are torqued to listed specification and all other fasteners are
tightly secured.

All bolts and fasteners are tight.

All shields and guards are in place and fastened.

All grease fittings have been lubricated.

Hoses and fittings are properly attached and there are no visible leaks.

All cylinder/mechanisms are operating trouble free.

Decals are in place and legible.
AFTER COMPLETION, DEALER SHOULD REMOVE AND RETAIN FOR RECORDS

After the
2X
has been completely set up, check to be certain it is in correct operating order before
delivering to the customer. The following is a list of points to inspect. Check off each item as you
have made the proper adjustments and found the item operating satisfactorily.
