direct sunlight in the environment, otherwise, compressor service life will be reduced, and failure, 

damage or fire, etc,. Make sure that the connection is correct and that the compressor can be turned 

properly during the final installation. Clearance for inspection and maintenance must be reserved 

around the compressor. 

C. Storage 

               

When the scroll air end needs to be stored for a period of time, proper anti-corrosion protection 

must  be  done.  Avoid  violent  shaking  and  impact  on  the  scroll  air  end,  and  other  direct  risks  in 

transportation should also be avoided. It shall be stored at a place where is 0.2m from the ground and 

over  15m  from  the  room  with  acid  steam,  strong  alkali  and  chemical  composition.  Please  keep  the 

ambient temperature at 0-40 

, and the relative humidity of the air shall be no more than 50%. Do not 

remove the dust cover at the flange and the dust cover at the exhaust port in the storage, otherwise the 

dust  or  foreign  matters  will  enter  the  compressor.  When  the  scroll  air  end  is  stored  for  more  than  6 

months, please check if there is any abnormality before operation. 

 

1.4 Use the compressor properly 

                                 

SAM series oil-free scroll compressor is specially used to compress air. Please use it according to the 

limits of technical application conditions in "technical data". Any other way of usage shall be deemed as 

improper  use.  Hanbell  shall  not  be  liable  for  the  loss  caused  by  improper  use,  and  those  who  use  the 

machine shall be responsible for it. 

 

1.5 Sale and after service 

In order to quickly and economically inspect, repair or overhaul scroll air ends, we have a complete set 

of  maintenance  tools,  spare parts,  consumable  parts,  and  scroll  air  end  assembly  for  replacement.  The 

original  spare  parts  of  Hanbell  scroll  compressor  and  the  parts  authorized  and  approved  by  using  can 

ensure the safe operation of the scroll air end you purchased. The operation reliability may be reduced if 

you use other spare parts, and Hanbell will not be responsible for the loss caused.
