1. General Provisions
1.1 Models ;
SAM-285, SAM-440, SAM-700
Product coding principles i.e. for SAM -440-08 are as follows:
SAM: model series;
440: inlet volume : l/min;
08: discharge pressure: kg/cm^2
The scroll air end rotates counterclockwise from the shaft end direction.
If the customer has special requirements for the model, please contact us. The manufacturing number S/N is
the certificate number of our sales, after-sales service and maintenance. Please keep it in properly.
1.2 Identification
Please refer to the compressor nameplate in bellowing.

1.3 Precautions
1.3.1 Please check the following list once receiving the scroll air end:
A. Check the model and specification of the scroll air end is same as the one you ordered
B. Check if there is any damage caused during transportation.
C. Check the spare parts to make sure the quantity is correct and there is no damage

Precautions before using
Before installing and using the oil-free scroll compressor, please read this manual carefully, operate
according to the manual to prevent the occurrence of any dangerous or damaged.
A. Transportation
Please pay attention to the following points before transportation

Well pack the compressor from collision

When moving the compressor by crane or forklift, make sure that the center of gravity of the
compressor shall be placed horizontally.

When using a crane to lift the compressor, be sure to meet the crane operation requirements, and pay
attention to the driving cable to prevent from twining
B. Installation
The oil-free scroll air end is an oil-free fixed orbit rotary positive displacement compressor, to ensure
that the air end or compressor package has corresponding damping devices;
