4. Direction for Use
4.1 Power Supply

）
According to the power and voltage of the machine, suitable power supply shall be provided and the
fluctuation of voltage shall not exceed ± 5%, and the three-phase imbalance shall be less than 3%.

Use suitable switch and electrical breaker according to the power and voltage of the machine.

）
Please select 600V insulated conductor wire, and its dimension shall not be less than the data listed in the
following table:

Use a reliable ground wire with a resistance of less than 100Ω.
4.2 Installation place

）
Scroll air compressor is strictly prohibited to be installed in the environment with steam, humid or
corrosive gas, explosive gas, toxic gas and excessive dust. Meanwhile, it also cannot be exposed to the
sun and rain; those will easily cause safety accidents such as compressor life reduction, failure, damage
or fire.

）
It shall be installed in a well ventilated environment with a temperature range of 0-40
℃
. A ventilation
fan shall be installed in the environment with poor ventilation; there shall be enough space for the
compressor heat radiation, and it is recommended to install exhaust hoods.

）
Sufficient space shall be reserved for future maintenance and repair. The distance between the wall,
ceiling and the compressor shall not be less than 0.6m.

）
It shall be installed on a solid, flat and foundation without vibration, otherwise, it will lead to the increase
of noise and vibration of the compressor.
4.3 Cautions for Use

）
Compressed air cannot be inhaled by human being directly.

）
The compressor is oil-free, but the oil or dust containing in the air may be adsorbed on the compressor or
spare parts.

）
The gas discharged by the compressor contains dust, mixture of gases, powder from the surface of parts,
and water molecules;

）
The compressor shall be equipped with protection devices to stop the compressor in case of failure or
safety accident;
4.4 Preparation before operation
Trial operation procedure must be carried out before new machine commissioning, or machine shut down
for a long time or moved to another place for use.

Check whether the belt is loosed, whether the tension and parallelism meet the requirements, and whether
the anticlockwise rotation of the scroll air end;
