To Make Coffee

For each cup of coffee being made, place one level
tablespoon of coffee into filter; close filter basket holder,
making sure it is fully closed.

Fill carafe with the desired amount of cold tap water.
Pour water from carafe into reservoir.
5.
Place carafe, with carafe lid attached, on Keep-Hot Plate.
6.
Turn coffeemaker on. If clock or auto-off model, the
coffeemaker will shut off in two hours.
7.
When finished turn off and unplug.

Before first use, clean coffeemaker by following the steps
listed in “To Clean the Inside of the Coffeemaker.” Use
either clear water or vinegar. If clock model, read the
following section.

Place a large, cupcake-style disposable paper filter in the
brew basket.

To Set Clock:
1.
Plug in coffeemaker. Numbers on the clock will flash until
the time is set or the coffeemaker is turned on.
2.
Press the
Hour
button until the current hour is displayed.
A red dot will glow to indicate PM. Press the
Min.
button
until the current minute is displayed. The clock is now set.
