Please read these operating instructions carefully before using
the charger. Pay attention to the explanation of warning
symbols and notes, as well as all safety information found in
the Slalom / Cross Cruiser operating instructions.
Improper use may damage the charger or your product.
1. Safety instructions
•
Please make sure the charger and power supplies are in
perfect working order before every use. If there is visible
damage, do not use the charger under any circumstance.
•
The charger is not suitable for use in damp environments.
•
Only use the charger for your Cruiser.
•
Make sure there is adequate ventilation during operation.
•
Do not cover the charger during operation.
•
Contact with liquids may lead to electric shock. Disconnect
the device immediately from the power supply. To prevent
any damage, do not use the charger again.
•
The charger does not contain any parts that require
maintenance from the user. Do not open the housing.
•
Unplug the power cable when the charger is not in use.
Warning
Using an operating voltage that is higher than specified
by the manufacturer may lead to serious damage to the
product and charger.

3. Getting started with the charger
Please follow these instructions exactly to prevent
damage to your product.
Note
Connect the product only to a socket that has been
approved for the device. The electrical socket must always
be easily accessible.
•
Connect the charger to the power supply.
•
The charger is now ready for use and can be connected
to the product. The product activates automatically upon
connecting and adjusts to the neutral position. Charging
begins automatically.
•
After charging is complete, disconnect your charger from the
power supply first.
•
Then disconnect the cable from your product.
•
The product is now ready for use and can be started.
4. Status LEDs
•
The status LEDs on the front of the charger show the charge
level and if the device is ready for use.
•
The status LEDs glow
red
during charging. When the battery
is fully charged, the status LEDs glow
green
.
5. Troubleshooting
Check the connections carefully before you start charging.
Ensure that the cables are connected properly.
