Use Your Oven
The oven will remind you with a long ring, and
then the
symbol will be off. The microwave
oven will then return to stand-by mode. You can
also release the child lock by switching off the
power supply of the oven.
SET MEAL
·
The set meal includes: “soup”, “steaming”, “light
wave”, “staple food”, “Sichuan Cuisine”,
“Shandong Cuisine”, “Huaiyang Cuisine” and
“Cantonese Cuisine”.
·
The four types of cuisine (Sichuan, Shandong,
Huaiyang and Cantonese) include 10 menus.
·
It is easy to do cooking with the “set meal” button
and “start +30sec” knob. Under stand-by mode,
touch the “set meal” button repeatedly to switch
between the different types of cuisine; turn the
“start +30sec” knob to switch between the menus.
Then push down the “start +30sec” knob to start
cooking with the default program.
Operating directions
Example 1: To grill 200g kebob
Operation steps
(1) Put kebob on heatproof glass plate. Put the glass
plate into the cavity and close the oven door. Touch
the “sea meal” button under stand-by mode.
(2) Turn the “start +30sec” knob clockwise to the
“light wave” position, and then turn it left to select
“kebob”.
(3) Push down the “start +30sec” knob, and then
turn to “
200
g
”.
(4) Push down the “start +30sec” knob to start
cooking.
Example 2: To cook “boiled beef”
Operation steps
(1) Put the prepared meat slice on the
microwave-safe container with suitable size. Cover
the container with microwave-safe film (keep 2mm
gap at the side of film). Put the container into the
cavity and close the oven door.
(2) Touch the “set meal” button under stand-by
mode.
(3) Turn the “start +30sec” knob clockwise to the
“Sichuan cuisine” position, and then turn it left till
the display screen shows “
C-3
”.
(4) Push down the “Start +30sec” knob to start
cooking.
SOUP
Milk
·
soybean milk
Use it to heat the refrigerated milk or soybean milk.
Optional weight: 250g and 500g.
Attention: do not heat the milk or soybean milk
with aluminum foil package directly. Make sure to
pour the milk into microwave-safe container before
heating.
Nutritious soup
Use it to cook various nutritious soup like white fungus soup,
bean curd soup.
Ingredients:
1. White fungus soup: 70g white fungus, 50g rock sugar, 500g
hot water, 50g medlar, 50g osmanthus flower, 5g salt.
2. Bean curd soup: 70g bean curd, 5 pieces of sea boss, 500g
hot water, 15g salt, 5g oil, 1/2 spoon of celery powder, 1/2
spoon of rock sugar, 2 spoons of chicken essence
Spareribs soup
Ingredients: 200g spareribs, 2 pieces of pasania fungus, some
salt
Directions: cut the spareribs into small blocks with 3mm
length. Remove the blood water with scalding. Soak the
pasania fungus till it is soft. Remove the stems. Then put the
spareribs and pasania fungus into a microwave-safe container
with 800g water with room temperature. Put the container
into the cavity to cook. After the cooking is finished, sprinkle
the spices like salt and serve.
Meat ball soup
Ingredients A: 200g pork, one piece of egg white, some salt
Ingredients B: some salt, some sesame oil, a spoon of cooking
wine, a big spoon of celery powder.
Directions: Mix and stir the ingredients A evenly. Squeeze the
mixture into meat balls. Put the meat balls on microwave-safe
plate smeared with oil. Cover with microwave-safe film. Put
the plate into the cavity. Cook for 1-2 minute and take it out.
Add 800g hot water or soup into a microwave-safe container
and cook for some time. Then add the meat balls into the
container. Cover the container and continue cooking. After the
cooking is finished, add the ingredients B to serve.
Sea food soup
Ingredients: 200g fresh squid, suitable quantity of fresh
peeled shrimp, crab meat and straw mushroom, two eggs.
Spices: salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cooking wine,
light soup.
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs into a container. Add salt, monosodium
glutamate, pepper and light soup. Mix evenly and set aside.
2. Wash the straw mushroom and sea food. Cut them into
slices.
3. Add 800g light soup into a container. Then add spices of
salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and cooking wine. Put
the sliced straw mushroom and sea food into the container.
Put the container into the cavity and heat till it is boiling.
Then pour the soup into the container holding the beaten eggs
to serve.
Steaming
Flapjack (steamed dumpling with thin skin)
Ingredients: flapjack (about 700g)
Directions: Smear oil on the steam rack. Put the flapjack
(about 20g each) on the steam rack. Add 250ml water with
room temperature into the steam pot. Put the pot into the
cavity and start cooking.
