User Your Oven 

 

Maize 

Main ingredient: 3 pieces of maize cob (about 1400g) 
Directions: remove the outside skins of maize cob. 
Keep only the last skin. Wash with water. Add about 
250ml water with room temperature into the steam pot. 
Put the maize cobs on the steam rack directly. Put the 
steam pot into the cavity. Set the menu to start cooking. 
After the cooking is finished, remove the skin and 
serve. 

Fish 

Main ingredient: fish with head and tail removed (about 
250g) 
Directions: remove the scale and gill of the fish. Gut 
and wash the fish. Slash both of the two sides. Put it 
into a microwave-safe container. Add shredded shallot 
and ginger into the container. Use another container to 
mix some salt and cooking wine. Pour the mixed liquid 
into the container holding the fish. Add thin soup into 
the container. Cover it with microwave-safe film. Put 
the container into the cavity to cook. 

Egg skilly 

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 90ml water, a few peeled shrimp, a 
few crab meat, some chicken essence, cooking wine 
and salt. 
Directions: add about 160ml water with room 
temperature into the steam pot. Mix all of the 
ingredients mentioned above evenly to make seasoning 
sauce. Pour the liquid into a microwave-safe container. 
Close the cover, or cover with microwave-safe film. Put 
the container into the steam pot. Close the cover. Put 
the steam pot into the cavity. Start the cooking program.

Eggs 

Ingredients: 9 eggs (about 500g) 
Directions: add about 200ml water with room 
temperature into the steam pot. Put the 9 fresh eggs on 
the special egg groove of the steam rack. Close the 
cover of steam pot. Put the steam pot into the cavity 
and close the oven door. Start the cooking program. 

Light wave grilling 

Attention: the following five menus are combination 
cooking by microwave and light wave. DO NOT use 
metal cookware like grilling plate or grilling rack. 

Sausage 

Optional quantity: 100g, 200g 
Directions: puncture the cooked sausage with room 
temperature or refrigerated cooked sausage for several 
holes. String the sausage together with prod and put on 
the heatproof glass plate. Put the glass plate into the 
cavity and close the oven door to grill. During grilling 
you can open the oven door to turn over the food to 
acquire better cooking effect. 

Kebob 

Optional quantity: 100g, 200g. 
Directions: put the heatproof glass plate into the cavity. 
Put the kebob on the glass plate. Close the oven door 
and start the cooking program. The buzzer will ring 
three times at certain time. You can then open the oven 
door to turn over the kebob for 2-3 times. Add spices 
according to your taste. 

Pizza 

Quantity: 200g. 
Directions: put the refrigerated pizza on the heatproof 
glass plate. Put the glass plate into the cavity and close 
the oven door. Cook for about 5 minutes. 

Cookie (biscuit) 

Quantity: 200g. 
Directions: put the cookie on the heatproof glass plate. 
Put the glass plate into the cavity to cook. You can open 
the oven door to turn over the cookie during cooking to 
acquire better cooking effect. 

Sleeve fish 

Ingredient: 150g sleeve fish 
Directions: cut the sleeve fish into blocks. String the 
blocks together with prod. Rub the fish blocks with 
spice. Put the fish on the heatproof glass plate. Put the 
glass plate into the cavity to cook. You can open the 
oven door to turn over the fish during cooking to 
acquire better cooking effect. 

Staple food 

Bread 

Optional quantity: 100g, 200g. 
Directions: put the bread on the microwave-safe plate. 
Cover the plate with microwave-safe film to avoid 
losing moisture. Start the cooking program. 

Rice 

Optional quantity: 200g, 300g. 
Directions: wash the rice. Add suitable quantity of 
water with room temperature into a microwave-safe 
container together with the rice. Close the cover and put 
the container into the cavity. Start the cooking program.
The following recipe is for reference only:

Remarks: the food weight refers to the weight of rice. 
Do not add too much water into the container. The total 
volume of rice and water should not exceed a half of 
the container volume. Otherwise it may cause spilling. 
(The steam pot is not recommended here).
