Steamed pigeon with wine

Main ingredient: a young pigeon (500g)
Directions:
1. Gut the young pigeon. Wash and drain. Rub the body with
light soy sauce. Soak with oil and then take it out.
2. Smear the young pigeon with soy sauce and dark soy
sauce. Pickle for 5-6 minutes.
3. Heat the ceramic pot. Add some salad oil into the pot. Fry
the ginger slice and shallot slice. Put the pickled young
pigeon into the pot. Add s spoon of light soy sauce, table
salt, water, a spoon of sugar and shaoxing wine into the pot.
4. Cover the pot with microwave-safe film and cook with
corresponding program.
Sliced lotus root with preserved bean curd

Main ingredients: 100g lotus root, 3 pieces of preserved
bean curd (60g)
Directions:
1. Wash the lotus root. Peel and slice. Soak for 20 minutes
with water to remove the starch.
2. Crumb the preserved bean curd. Put the sliced lotus root
into a microwave-safe container. Add the preserved bean
curd to the container. Mix the two ingredients evenly. Put
the container into the cavity to cook.
Spareribs with fermented soybean

Main ingredients: 500g spareribs, some fermented soybean
Directions:
1. Wash the spareribs. Cut into blocks. Add some meat
powder. Make marinade with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce,
monosodium glutamate, table salt, cooking wine and white
sugar. Put the spareribs into the marinade and mix evenly.
Pickle for 1 hour.
2. Shred the garlic and fermented soybean and put into a
heatproof glass plate. Add some salad oil into the plate. Put
the glass plate into the cavity. Cook for 3 minutes with
“high” power level.
3. Put the pickled spareribs and the marinade into the glass
plate. Put the glass plate into the cavity to cook.
Steamed fish fillet
Y-4
Main ingredients: 8 pieces of fish fillet (500g)
Directions:
1. Wash the fish. Cut it into fillets. Remove the head and tail
of the fish. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine,
shallot slice and ginger slice and pickle for about 2 hours.
2. Dry the pickled fish and put into a heatproof glass
container. Add salad oil, soy sauce, vinegar, shallot, ginger
and sesame oil into the container. Cover the fish fillets with
sliced fatty meat. Close the cover. Put the container into the
cavity to cook.
