4.CHHOLAR DAL
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chana dal (soak for 6-7 hours)
5 Cup water as required
2 tbsp oil
Amchoor, dry red chilli paste,turmeric powder,roasted jeera
Sugar,grated coconut, haldi,salt to taste
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp coriander (chopped) for garnish
Method:
1) In a microwave safe bowl, (without lid)add all ingredients and
mix well
2) Set the auto cook menu& press start. stir in between.
3) Serve Hot with rice.
5.PUDINA FISH
Ingredients:
250-500 gms Fish (whole)
pudina chutney ,green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste
vinegar, lemon juice, salt pepeer to taste
2 tsp oil
¾ -1 cup water (as required)
Method:
1) In a microwave safe bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
