Intended use

The products described in these operating/installation instructions are built in
accordance with the latest technology and the recognised rules of safety.

They may only be used:

for their intended purpose and
-
in a flawless state with regard to safety

The housings consist of coated, non-metallic plate-shaped components. The
edges are in contrasting colours.

Please follow these instructions precisely for handling the products and the
cable inlet.

Any other usage shall be deemed misuse. Hager shall assume no liability for
any damage resulting from misuse.
Transport
The transportation work must generally be carried out with
at least 2 persons.
-
The housing is packaged and shipped upright on the pallet.
-
It is mandatory that any damage to the packaging be reported to the shipper
on the delivery note in writing – a "clean receipt" granted to the shipper
excludes any claim of transport damage. The same applies for missing
packages which are listed in the delivery note.

It is mandatory that the pallet be picked up from the narrow side with forks
reaching all the way to the pallet's end.
-
Do not open the pallet until reaching the installation site to prevent any
damage from occurring during transport to the installation site.
-
The use of pointed and sharp objects such as knives for opening the pallet
can damage the housing. Please be careful!

Dispose of packing material in an environmentally friendly manner or reuse it.
-
The fire protection housing must be stored in a suitable place if it is not to be
used or installed immediately.


The safety regulations must be complied with during transport!

Transport the housing upright on the transport pallet.

Loosen the straps only at the installation site.
