way. Glue in place.
Fit the base of the mast into the central hole in the

happy with the fit, glue it in place.

the shape shown. One spar is bent upwards at right
angles (right, above); the other is bent twice along
the fold lines.
Fit the ladder up the back of the foremast: the peg at
the base of the ladder fits into a hole near the base of
the mast; the pairs of pegs on the sides of the ladder
wrap round the sides of the mast and the diagonal
pegs at the top of the ladder fit into a hole in the
mast above the assembly
