Do not disassemble the instrument for maintenance. If the internal components must be cleaned or repaired,
contact the manufacturer.
Maintenance schedule
shows the recommended schedule of maintenance tasks. Refer to
to identify the
maintenance items. Facility requirements and operating conditions may increase the frequency of
some tasks.

Clean the instrument
N O T I C E
Never use flammable or corrosive solvents to clean any part of the instrument. Use of these solvents may
degrade the environmental protection of the unit and may void the warranty.
1.
Make sure that the probe holder is in the upper position. Refer to the TM1000 software.
2.
Remove the probes and tubes from the holder. Clean the holder with a moist cloth if necessary.
3.
Set the instrument to off.
4.
Remove all of the sample beakers.
5.
Remove the tray. Use tap water to clean the tray. Remove all stains and spills.
6.
Disconnect all cables.
7.
Remove the rotating module and then the lifting module from the base.
8.
Clean the exterior surface with a moist cloth or with a mixture of water and mild detergent. Dry
with a soft cloth.
9.
Assemble the instrument. Refer to
on page 10.
