How to Play
Important:
Do not play in a clockwise order but in random order! During the game exactly one animal is
next to
the game board and can
be struck by lightn
ing at any time. All the other animals are on the game board and are protected from the
lightning bolt.
• The player whose animal is
next to
the game board always has to take a turn. This player must
press the bongo buzzer
and immediately
perform the action that lights up (see below).
• Then the player whose animal is
next to
the game board after the action takes a turn. Now he/she must
press the bongo buzzer
and
perform the displayed action.
This is continued until the
lightning bolt
sounds from the buzzer. Now the animal which is
next to
the game board at this time is eliminated.
Starting the Game
New rain dance
A rain dance is over when there are only three animals left and all the point tiles are
given out. Now all the players add up their points. For the animals that are still on
the game board you receive the number of points (6, 7 or 8 points) shown on the
respective hut. The player with the most points has won this rain dance and receives
a water drop as a reward. In case of a tie, the drop is given out to the player whose
animal is at the hut with the higher number.
Then all the players take back their animals. The game board is set up as at the
beginning and a new rain dance begins. The player who last received a water drop
gets to start the round.
Important rain dance rules
• The monkey always stands for the starting space; however it is not counted
as a space during the game.
• If you start the round and the hut on the bongo buzzer lights up right at the
beginning, press the buzzer again right away.
• The animal that is next to the game board always has to take a turn.
• Only one animal is allowed to be at each hut regardless whether it is on the door mat or on the hut.
• If you land in front of a hut with your own animal, you have to press the bongo button again.
End of the Game
The game is over when a player receives the second
water drop, thus winning the game.

Press the bongo buzzer
The player who starts the round says the cue “Ready, set, go!“ and presses the buzzer. Now
the clock starts ticking and the thunderstorm starts coming closer and closer! At the same time,
either the symbol for
Walk
(= one, two, three or four dots) or a
hut
shines on the buzzer.

Move your
fi gure in a clockwise direction by the corresponding
number of huts and place it there
next to
the game
board. Where is the inhabitant of this hut?
Lightning bolt strike
When a sizzling lightning bolt sounds, the round is im-
mediately over. The animal that is taking its turn or is
next to the game board is eliminated. The player who
has this animal receives the point tile with the lowest
available value. Place the tile in front of you and put
your animal on it.
Next round
Turn over any puzzle piece of the game board so one hut less is
visible. Take the inhabitant of the missing hut and put it in front
of the monkey (=
next to
the game board). All the other animals
are placed on the door mats of their huts. The player whose fi gure
is in front of the monkey gets to play fi rst and the next round
begins.
Hut
Hooray! You may enter the
hut you are in front of! Put
the previous inhabitant
next to the game board
regardless whether it is on the hut or
on the door mat. Now the player who
has this fi gure has to
press the bongo
buzzer
and move his/her fi gure.
On the hut?
Too bad, the hut is already occupied! You cannot stay
here and immediately have to
press the bongo
buzzer
again.
On the door mat?
That‘s lucky! Swap places with this animal. Now the
player who has this fi gure has to press the bongo
buzzer and move his/her fi gure.
Or
Repeat step 2 (

or
