Introduction & general description
General description
The BA 904 slit lamp consists of the illumination of a binocular microscope which can be
moved, in front of the eyes, either in hand-held operation or with an optional instrument
base. The illumination offers a range of setting possibilities for making the practically
invisible areas of the eye visible.
The BA 904 slit lamp is available in 2 models; Set A and Set C. The device can be
operated as a table-mounted joystick controlled model, or in a hand-held mode. A
general arrangement of the two systems, accompanied by accessories, is shown in
Figures 1 and 2; Figure 1 shows Set A and Figure 2 shows Set C.
