Insert the female connector of the AC power cord into the AC-input power receptacle on the
switch. See
Figure 8 .

Use a cable tie to secure the p er cord to the cable tie holder near the AC power receptacle.

Connect the other end of the power cord to an AC power source.

Connecting a DC power cord
CAUTION:
You can use only an H3C-recommended RPS (RPS1600-A) to supply DC power to the chassis. The
power cord must be compatible with the RPS.
