Appendix A Specifications and features
The ETH521i network adapter (product model: NIC-ETH521i-Mb-4*10G) is a CNA module that
provides four 10-GE ports, of which all the four ports support FCoE and the first two ports support
FCoE boot. It can be applied to the B16000 blade server chassis to provide network interfaces
connecting blade servers to ICM slots. The network adapter exchanges data with blade servers by
using PCIe x8 channels and uses the four 10G-KR ports to connect to the ICMs through the mid
plane. It supports applications such as NIC, iSCSI, and FCoE to help realize network convergence.
