Lifetime Warranty for Portable Spas
Gulf Coast Spa Manufacturers Inc. warrants only Gulf Coast manufactured acrylic spa shells, cabinets and equipment assembled at a Gulf
Coast manufacturing facility. Gulf Coast warrants to the original buyer of its spa shell, that the shell is free of defects in material and
workmanship, and will repair or replace the shell at our option if any of the following occurs:
1. Lifetime Warranty of Heater Element.
2. Lifetime
Warranty
against defects in material and workmanship on
PVC Fittings and Hoses.
3.
Lifetime Warranty
against permeable leakage of water due to defect in the
Fiberglass Laminate
.
(Cracking, blistering, fading or delaminating of the surface for a period of Ten (10) years, prorated after the first year.)
Gulf Coast extends to the original purchaser Five (5) years parts warranty for all mechanical and solid-state components (prorated after the
second year). Labor is included for Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Gulf Coast warranty does not cover failures resulting from neglect or misuse, improper installation, improper use of spa chemicals or cleaners containing
solvents; spa water temperature below 33 degrees Fahrenheit, or above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser
and terminates with any transfer of ownership. This limited warranty does not apply to any spa used for commercial, rental or club purposes. To ensure proper
warranty performance, you must notify Gulf Coast upon discovery of defect. (727) 573-9888. A Gulf Coast authorized service representative will correct the
defect subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. The service representative may assess reasonable travel charges during inspection or repairs. An
authorized Gulf Coast representative must perform all warranty service. Unauthorized performance of service is not covered and shall void all warranties.
Improper electrical installation shall void all warranties. The spa owner is required to provide adequate access to the spa for any repair or inspection. Gulf
Coast shall not be liable for loss of use of the spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages, which may include, but are not limited to
any surface that the spa is placed on or near (i.e.; wood, carpet, etc.) that can be damaged by water or chemicals. Performance of any Lifetime warranties does
not include any shipping or handling fees associated. The spa owner shall be responsible for all costs for the removal of the defective spa and delivery and
installation of the replacement spa, including but not limited to shipping charges, or special consequences concerning the replacement or removal of the spa,
or any permanent deck or other custom fixture. Under no circumstances shall Gulf Coast, or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person
or damage to any property however arising. This warranty gives you specified legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. No
Agent, Dealer, Service Company or other party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this Warranty in any manner. No other warranties
expressed or implied, are valid. This warranty applies to Gulf Coast spas purchased after January 1, 2004 and supersedes all previous warranties printed or
implied.
