Mounting the Operator
1.
Lift the operator and align its mounting holes over the

” diameter concrete mounting anchors. Lower the
operator into position and fasten it to the mounting anchors with (4)
1
/
2
” washers and nuts (not provided).
2.
Reattach the upper spline to the output shaft of the gear reducer. Place the spline retainer on top of the upper
spline and fasten it with the

/
8
” spline retainer bolt.
3.
Step down on foot pedal to disengage the lower and upper splines (see illustrations on page 1 and 10).

IMPORTANT:
Pivot point of operator should be no
more than 2 ft. from the center point of gate hinge
in either direction.
Also,
be sure the operator housing will not be hit
by a fully open gate and that gate column will not
interfere when housing is installed.
