Having a well maintained gate will ensure that the operator runs smoothly and safely. Make sure gate is hung
level and plumb. Check and adjust periodically. Lubricate rollers periodically with grease appropriate for the
coldest weather in your area.

Periodically test the safety edges to make sure they are functioning correctly. If they are not, discard and replace
immediately.

From time to time, check to ensure that all of the control devices connected to the operator are functioning. This
is especially important for safety devices.

PERATOR
Occasionally inspect the chain to ensure that it is well lubricated, and oil the chain as necessary. Use CHAIN
AND CABLE LUBE for best results. Check the gear sprockets and grease them as needed. Check the rollers
and spray oil on them as needed.
Review the safety precautions & operator warranty procedures contained in
packet (attached to the operator housing) with the customer. Leave packet
attached to the housing for future reference.
