Access to services and programmes is controlled
by a PIN code (i.e., a 4-digit secret code that is
defined by the user). You can set a parental guid-
ance rating for each service and most STB functions
in this mode.
To enter “Parental code” and “Installation” menus
you must enter the PIN.
Please note: The default PIN code is
0000
.
If any problem occurs when entering a PIN code,
you cannot switch to the next mode.
To change the PIN do the following:
– Enter the “ PIN Change” menu. Default setting
highlights the “Old PIN”.
– Enter your old PIN. If it is correct the marker will move to “New PIN”.
– Enter your new PIN. After the fourth symbol the marker will move to “Verify PIN”.
– To verify the new PIN code, re-enter your new PIN code in the highlighted area.
If your entry matches all settings are complete.
If your entry does not match, all settings will be reset, the old PIN code will remain valid and
the cursor will move into the first position on the menu.
Also in this menu you can setup age limits for programme viewing.
Please note

Attention
