the date and time the message was recorded.
Go to »
Menu
« / »TAM« / »Settings« / »Time Stamp«.
Press the »ON« / »OFF« key to activate/deactivate the time stamp
function.
In message playback mode, the date and time at which
messages were recorded will be indicated. If the timestamp
function is deactivated, this information will be replaced by a

Delay before the answering machine is switched on
This setting is used to specify the number of times your telephone
rings before your answering machine is switched on. The number
of rings can be between 2 and 9 and you can also select
Automatic mode.
Automatic mode will automatically determine the number of
rings, depending on the number of messages stored in the
answering machine.
Go to »
Menu
« / »TAM« / »Settings« / »Ring to Ans«.
Select the number of rings using the »
« or »
« keys.
Automatic: if you select "Automatic", the answering machine will
answer the call after the second ring if a new
message has been recorded. Otherwise it answers
after four rings. Users can therefore determine
whether or not a new message has been recorded
from the number of rings (remark: the default setting
is Automatic).
2~9 rings: users can also programme the number of rings
before the answering machine switches on.
