MAKING TELEPHONE CALLS
Setting up a three party conference call
Keep the INT« pressed, the external call is put on hold, select the
handset to which you want to transfer the call.
When the handset being called is picked up, press the »Option«,
key, select »Conference«.
You can revert to a communication between two parties for both
internal and external calls. During a conference press the
»Option« key.
Select »Switch to Ext« to talk to the external caller.
Select »Switch to Int« to talk to the internal caller.
Locking the handset keypad
Keep the »*« key pressed until the »
« icon is shown on the
display.
To unlock the keypad keep the »*« key pressed until the »
«
icon disappears from the display.
Using in hands-free mode
Hands-free mode allows you to hold a dialogue with your caller
without holding the handset. It also allows other persons present
in the room to hear the conversation.
Press the » « key, the »
« icon appears on the display. Dial
the number of the person you are calling.
When a call is received, press the » « key. Hands-free mode is
then activated.
Setting the volume
this function allows you to set the listening volume during a
conversation.
Press the »
« or »
« keys to increase or reduce the listening
volume. You can set the volume to a level from 1 to 5.
The volume level selected is shown on the display.
Remark:
this function is also available in hands-free mode.
