Maintenance
Shut off hot and cold water supply.
Inspect, clean and, if necessary, replace parts.
I. Battery
Batteries which are almost discharged are indicated by a
flashing indicator lamp.
1. Fit cleaning clip (K), see Fig. [7].
2. Remove screw (L) and detach housing (M), see Fig. [8].
3. Detach protective sleeve (N) and remove battery(O), check
contacts, clean and if necessary replace.
Assemble in reverse order.
II. Solenoid valve
1. Proceed as for maintenance of battery, points 1 to 3.
2. Remove screws (P1) and detach battery tray (P),
see Fig. [9].
3. Detach plug-in connection (R) and remove solenoid
valve (S) by turning clockwise using a 5mm allen key,
see Fig. [10].
4. Remove filter (T).
Install in the reverse order observing the installation position.
III. filter
1. Unscrew connection hose and remove adapter (C),
see Fig. [11].
2. Remove filter (B).
Assemble in reverse order.
IV. Remove mousseur (13 220) using a spanner and clean
Assemble in reverse order.
V. Mixer spindle
1. Disconnect fitting from connections.
2. Remove fitting from wash basin. Disassembly is as
described in section "Setting temperature limiter",
see Figs. [5] and [6].
3. Remove screw (U) from housing using a 2.5mm allen key,
see Fig.[12].
4. Pull out mixer spindle (G).
Assemble in reverse order.
Screw (U) must engage in groove (G1) of mixer
spindle (G).
