If the following timeout information is displayed, network fails. Check network information.

5. The total number of online units or the total number of IDU of the G module does not match the

installed quantity.

Possible cause:

After all the installation of the machine is complete, the IDU and ODU communication is normal and

there are multiple sub air conditioning systems under the G module, the total number of IDU is less than

the actual installation quantity. Due to conflicting engineering numbers between systems.

Solution:

Use the commissioning software to re-set the IDU engineering number under the G module to

ensure that the number of IDU engineering numbers in a large system is not repeated.

Possible cause:

IDU and ODU after the removal and increase (IDU and ODU communication is normal), may lead to

the total number of IDU or ODU more than the actual number of installed, G module data cache data is

not cleared.

Solution:

Restart the G module (power after power off), log on the software system into the "System" ->

"Maintenance" click on "Reset system" to reset the system data.
