Use a DC voltmeter to

measure the voltage

across the terminals of the

electrolytic capacitor

Check if the inductor wiring is

loose or induction is cut off

Shut down power and wait 20

minutes or connect a DC voltmeter

to the electrolytic capacitor until the

voltage is less than 20 v
