Zodiak Installation and Service Manual

Section 5 — Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

 

To issue the 

ping

 command:

1.

If the Zodiak application is currently running on the Menu panel, exit 
the application by touching the upper right message area of the Zodiak 
menu.

2.

Launch the Command Prompt application from the Windows 

Start/Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt

 menu. 

3.

At the prompt, enter the ping command followed by the IP address of 
the device and press enter.

ping [IP address]
