Routine Maintenance Check
Check that the float switch is operating correctly BEFORE EACH USE. Ensure no grease or foreign ob-
ject is preventing the float switch from operating.
Cleaning
Clean the unit with a damp cloth, using only water. Do not use chemical cleaning agents. Do not sub-
merge unit in water.
Scale on immersed parts can be removed using chemical de-scaling products designed for use on
kitchen equipment which has metal parts
Warning
- De-scaling products may be toxic - follow the manufacturer's instructions

Replacement of fuses
230V
Disconnect the unit from the power supply socket. Remove the IEC power plug from the rear of the unit.
Press down the drawer catch. Pull out the fuse drawer, check and replace with the correct fuses if nec-
essary, two off, 1.25 x 0.25 inch ceramic quick acting rated 250V, 10AF. Push back the drawer and re-
place the IEC plug.
120v
Disconnect the unit from power supply socket. Locate fuses on rear panel next to power cable inlet. Use
a screwdriver of the correct size to turn the fuse holder a quarter turn anti-clockwise to release the fuse
holder. Check and replace with the correct fuses if necessary. The fuses should be two off, 1.25 x 0.25
inch ceramic quick acting rated 250V, 20AF. Replace fuse holder.
Guarantee
When used according to these operating instructions, the SV100 is guaranteed for 1 year against faulty
materials or workmanship.
Service
There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit.
If anything is spilt into the equipment, disconnect it from the power supply and have it checked by a com-
petent person. It is the user's responsibility to carry out appropriate decontamination if hazardous mate-
rial is spilt on the equipment.
