tied to the frame so that it cannot be pinched or caught on any part of the bed during
normal operation of the bed.

Ensure the power cord and motor cords DO NOT get tangled around the bed,
bed rails, or legs during normal operation of the bed.

Use this device only as intended and described in this manual. Do not use
attachments or accessories not recommended by GF Health Products, Inc.

a. it has a damaged cord or plug,
b. it is not working properly,
c. it has been dropped or damaged, or
d. it has been dropped into water.
If so, return the product to your GF authorized distributor for examination and repair.

Do not leave the bed unattended when plugged in.

Always unplug the bed from the electrical outlet before installing or removing
parts.

To disconnect the bed, remove the plug from the electrical outlet.

Do not use the 3648 Bariatric Bed outdoors.

Check all parts for shipping damage before using. In case of damage, DO
NOT USE the equipment. Contact the carrier or your GF authorized distributor for further
instructions.
