MONTAGE DU MÉLANGEUR
(voir schéma 2)
1.
Placez le mélangeur

et le tube de raccordement

dans l’orifice de
montage du bidet (ou sur le plan de montage). Positionnez le mélangeur
de façon à ce qu’il se trouve au milieu de l’orifice de montage.
2.
Par en-dessous, placez la rondelle en caoutchouc

et la rondelle en acier
(5)
sur le tube de raccordement, avant de visser l’écrou à la main
(6)
.
3.
Assurez-vous que le mélangeur est correctement placé sur le plan de mon-
tage. Vissez l’écrou en serrant

à l’aide d’une clef à ouverture variable.

Placez la buse

et le joint o-ring

dans le té

.
5.
Vissez le té
(9)
sur le tube du mélangeur, tel qu’indiqué sur le schéma 2.
Ne serrez pas trop fort le té en le vissant, pour ne pas endommager le file-
tage.

Убедитесь, что излив установлен на биде в нужном положении. При
помощи разводного ключа затяните гайку

Вставьте в тройник

Навинтите тройник (9) на трубу, как это показано на рис. 2. Не следует
слишком сильно затягивать тройник, чтобы не сорвать резьбу.

Inserisci la bocca

Avvita il raccordo a T

sul tubo della bocca come è mostrato su fig. 2.
Non serrare il raccordo a T in modo troppo forte per non danneggiare il
filetto.
VALVE & HANDLES INSTALLATION
1.
Prepare the recess in the wall for the valve pipe work taking into account the maximum and minimum depth allowed. Place valve

into the wall recess. Recommended depth for valve in wall measured from center of valve inlet/outlet to finished wall surface is
in the range 77mm WALL MIN. - 130mm WALL MAX. (see fig. 3.1 & 3.1.1)
NOTE:
Use 1/2” nominal tubing and fittings throughout this installation. Smaller diameter piping upstream or downstream of the valve will reduce the perform-
ance of the valve.
Check the valve for leakage. Complete the finished wall.
2.
After execution of the finished wall remove the protection sleeve

together with cap

by turning and pulling – see fig.3.2.
3.
Unscrew the screw

, take off the stem extension

from a cartridge stem. Cut the stem extension

at the marked-up place using hack-saw so that
the extension protrude from the finished wall by about 5mm; remove all burrs after cutting. Measure the length

Replace the stem extension

Turn the stem of a cartridge in a valve

to “OFF” position (in clockwise direction) – see fig. 3.5.

Insert handle base
