DC Motor Brush Repair (not Hazardous Location (C1 D1) or ATEX)

1. Disconnect pump from power source.

2. Remove dust cover screws, dust cover, and o-ring.

3. Remove brush retainer using a flathead screw

-

driver.

4. Remove and replace motor brush.

5. Reinstall brush retainer.

6. Ensure o-ring is in place, and reinstall dust cover

and dust cover screws.

7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the other side of the motor.
