Check the following list daily upon completion of
equipment usage.

Clean the air cap and fluid nozzle daily,
at a minimum. Some applications require
more frequent cleaning. Replace the spray
tip and air cap if they are damaged. See

if broken or damaged.

Check for fluid leakage from the gun and fluid
hoses. Tighten fittings or replace equipment
as needed.

• Flush before changing fluids, before fluid can dry
in the equipment, at the end of the day, before
storing, and before repairing equipment.
• Flush at the lowest pressure possible. Check
connectors for leaks and tighten as necessary.
To reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or electric
shock, turn OFF (O) the ES On-Off switch before
flushing the gun.
