Use the Events screen to view the last 99 status
messages generated by the isolation system. Click
the up and down arrows on the right of the screen to
scroll through the messages.
Each message line includes the date, the time, and
the status code. See
Error Codes, page 80 .

signals that are monitored by the system and the
solenoids that drive system activity. The screens are
for information and troubleshooting purposes.

Inputs are signals that the system acts on. When the
status circle next to the input appears yellow, the
sensor is activated.

Digital: The external electrical input
that tells the system to stop. The system stop
digital input is available only when the optional
Optocoupler Kit 24Z226 is installed. To install, see

• Inlet Inlet Inlet Air: Air: Air: Indicates the minimum required air
pressure 70 psi (0.5 MPa, 4.8 bar) is detected.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Top: Top: Top: The sensor that indicates that the
isolation valve is in the top position.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Bottom: Bottom: Bottom: The sensor that indicates that the
isolation valve is in the bottom position.
• Gun Gun Gun Flush Flush Flush Box: Box: Box: The sensor that indicates that the
gun flush box is closed. Not used on automatic
systems.
• Fluid Fluid Fluid Trigger: Trigger: Trigger: The air flow switch that indicates
that the gun is triggered. Not used on automatic
systems.
Solenoids Solenoids Solenoids
Electrical to pneumatic actuators that drive system
activity.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Down: Down: Down: Drives the isolation valve down and
open for filling.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Up: Up: Up: Drives the isolation valve up and
closed for isolating the charged fluid.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Eject: Eject: Eject: From the down position, ejects the
isolation valve up from the seat.
• Shuttle Shuttle Shuttle Fluid Fluid Fluid In: In: In: Opens the fluid valve near the
system fluid inlet.
• Pump Pump Pump Fluid Fluid Fluid In: In: In: Opens the fluid valve near the
isolation fluid pump fluid inlet when it is present.
This fluid valve is not present in standard systems.
Purchase a conversion kit to replace a spring
check valve with a pneumatically activated fluid
inlet valve.

Pressure: Activates the air pressure to the
isolation fluid pump.
• Ground Ground Ground Rod: Rod: Rod: Activates (raises) the ground rod to
allow the system to build a charge.
