Ceiling Mounting to I-Beam without Drilling
Holes
(Order Mounting Bracket Kit: 204741 for open or
enclosed reels.)
NOTE : For mounting 1-3 reels, two kits are required. For
mounting 4-6 reels, three kits are required.
Mounting Bracket Kit 204741 (SD5 and SD10)
1. Secure mounting brackets (D) to the channel.
2. Position the adjustable clamps (206) of the mount-
ing brackets over the I-Beam (A), and tighten them
securely (F

. 8, page 11): Slide cord reel into the reel base
(105) and install the hold down plate (104), washer
(102) and screw (101). Tighten the screw firmly.
NOTE: For enclosed reels, use the Enclosure Kit Base
Plate (Part No. 302, page 15).
4. For enclosed channel installations, continue with
instructions on page 15. For all other installations,
continue instructions following steps 6 - 8 of
Wall/Ceiling Mounting with Plate instructions, page
9.
