Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press.
2. Mix the garlic, other spices and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
3. Separate the egg white and add it to a separate bowl.
4. Dip the cod

llet in the egg white and then bread it with the garlic-herb bread-
crumb coating.
5. Insert the basket insert in the tray.
6. Place the cod

llet in the basket insert.
7. Place the tray with the basket insert in the device.
8. Set the cooking temperature to approximately 200 °C.
9. Set the timer to approximately 10 minutes.
10. After 10 minutes have passed, remove the tray and turn over the cod

sh
fi
llet.
11. Place the tray back in the device and set the timer to another 5 – 8 minutes.
12. Increase the cooking time if the cod
fi
sh
fi
llet is not cooked to completion.
Zucchini sticks
Ingredients:

our for breading

breadcrumbs for breading
Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into small sticks.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Place the eggs,

our and breadcrumbs in separate small bowls.
4. Coat the zucchini sticks in the

our, then dip them in the egg and bread them.
5. Insert the basket insert in the tray.
6. Place the zucchini sticks in the basket insert.
7. Place the tray with the basket insert in the device.
8. Set the cooking temperature to approximately 200 °C.
9. Set the timer to approximately 12 – 17 minutes.
10. If necessary, extend or shorten the cooking time depending on whether you like your
vegetables crisp or soft.
11. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the zucchini sticks. If applicable,
adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time.
