Note:
*When pressing sort in the full manual mode, the shutter speed is adjusted, but the exposure
compensation setting is not possible. However the exposure value is displayed on the LCD
monitor. When the exposure value is displayed in red, it shows over-exposure or under-exposure.
It is recommended that the shutter speed and the aperture value be adjusted to obtain the proper
level of exposure.
This setting allows you to intentionally lighten or darken the entire
image. Use this setting when the optimum brightness (exposure) cannot
be obtained, for example, when the brightness between the subject and
the background is not balanced or when the subject to photograph occupies
only an extremely small part of the screen.
By pressing button, the EV value can be reduced
to"-2.0EV". By pressing button, the EV value can
be increased to "+2.0EV". Each step of adjusted
value is "0.5EV". Adjusted value is displayed on
the LCD monitor. The default is "0.0EV".
The setting range is as follows:
Exposure Compensation
(to - side)
(to + side)
-2.0 / -1.5 / -1.0 / -0.5 / +0.0 / +0.5 / +1.0 / +1.5 / +2.0
