Environmental requirements
Provide a heating and ventilating system capable of maintaining room temperature be-
tween 20 and 30°C (68 and 86°F) and relative humidity on max. 40-80%.

The ventilating system must be capable of renewing the air around the
processor effectively. The best solution will be a hood with a Ø100-120 mm
exhaust hose covering the exit of the processor with a capacity of removing
min. 300 m
3
/h. Alternatively an exhaust system removing the air from the room
must have a capacity of min. 800 m
3
/h. In both cases fresh air should be
provided at floor level through light tight ventilation openings.
Be aware that the airflow must pass from the setter and across the processor -
never the opposite way around.
Tightening the brushes
During transport all brushes have been released from their normal working points.
Before commencing please tighten the brush pressure screws 1 full turn (see illustra-
tion).
" Before processing start, it is recommended to check the brush pressure
according to the description in the “Service Manual”.
