Procedure
All repairs and/or calibrations must have a Return Authorization (RMA)
number prior to sending the unit to Global Specialties.
1. Call the factory 800-572-1028 for RMA # or
2. Fill out the RMA request on-line using the RMA form and receive an
RMA# via email.
