To dispose of MOTOAIRBAG ® S175 activate the MOTOAIRBAG ® system by pulling the
activation cable manually in order to perforate the cartridge.
Separate the activation cable and unscrew the cartridge.
The following components are considered municipal solid waste:

MOTOAIRBAG
® S175 without cartridge and activation cable
■ activation cable
■ perforated cartridge
Not perforated cartridges must be perforated as described and disposed according to local
regulations or by contacting the manufacturer’s customer care service.
It is also possible to return MOTOAIRBAG ® to the manufacturer.
The product and its individual parts (electrical and electronic in particular) comply with the
directives:
RoHS 2002/95/EC, WEEE 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC , on waste electrical and
electronic equipment; the presence of substances considered harmful such as cad -
mium, mercury, lead, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls that can cause
allergies or other diseases such as cancer is excluded.
