Attaches to the Basket Lift shaft and holds the Cook Basket for the

automatic Basket Lift to lower and raise it into and out of the Fry

Vat.

Basket Lift (2)

(Hidden)

Automatically lowers and lifts the Basket into and out of the Fry

Vat.

Crumb Screen

Placed inside the Fry Vat to prevent breading crumbs and cooking

residue from accumulating around the heating elements. EOF10-

10 contains two (2) small Screens.

Basket (2)

Contains food product while cooking.

Always wear thermal protection, such as Oven Mitts when handling any of these parts
