Troubleshooting

This section describes troubleshooting procedures for the Giles Electric Open Fryer, Model EOF-14/FFLT
and EOF-14/FFLT/14. Refer to the wiring diagrams in Section 9 for more detailed analysis.

7-1. Temperature Control System
