Filter Pan

Used to connect the Filter Pan Quick Disconnect hose to the
fryer’s oil filtration system.

Diverter Valve Handle

Quick Disconnect for

Filter Pan Hose

Used to divert the cooking oil from the Filter Pan to the Fry
Pot or to the Cooking Oil Discharge Wand.

Used to protect the cooking oil.

Filter Pan Cover

Used in conjunction with the Oil Discharge Wand to remove
oil from the fryer.

Quick Disconnect for

Oil Discharge Wand

Used to direct oil from the Filter Pan to the desired Fry Pot.

Fry Pot Refill Handle

See Section 3-8.

Filter Pan Quick Disconnect

Hose

Used to access all lower cabinet functions.

Cabinet Door

Always use Oven Mitts when connecting or disconnecting any of these parts. Parts will become
very hot during normal use.

•

Never remove the Filter Pan with Liquid Shortening in the pan. This could cause oil to spill.
Please see Section 5-4. Removal of Liquid Shortening.

•

Never drain Boil Out Solution into the Filter Pan. The Boil Out Solution is corrosive to the Filter

Pan and its parts, along with the Filter Pump. See Section 6-1. Boil Out Procedure.
