Cleaning

Model: EOF-14/FFLT & EOF-14/FFLT/14

13. Rinse and flush the Fry Pot thoroughly with tap water.

14. Dry fry pot with a clean dry towel.

15. Slowly turn the Drain Valve Handle to the CLOSE

horizontal position.

16. Clean Filter Pan and replace Filter Paper; follow direc-

tions in Section 6-2, Cleaning the Filter Pan and replacing
Filter Paper after the Boil Out.

17. Re-install Filter Pan Cover

18. Position Filter Pan

under unit and connect Filter Pan

Quick Disconnect Hose
