Queues
The
Queues
module makes available an additional group type. It enables a user group to be
assigned a queue function for incoming calls. Once a caller is in the queue, checks are performed
at specified intervals whether and to which member of the queue group the call can be put
through. Members of queue groups are called agents.

Ring instead of hold music
: The caller hears the dialling tone.
Greeting
Select an audio file for the introductory greeting - which is played
once before the call is passed to the queue.

Choose an audio file from the options list. All available audio files
are shown.
Announce hold time
Interim announcement interrupting the hold music and announcing
the anticipated wait time . This announcement is internal to the
system and cannot be changed.
