Users, groups and extensions
Exporting contacts
You can export contacts from the global directory and import them again as required, or use
them on another system. CSV (Comma Separated Value) files are used for this.

Start export:
Click
Download CSV
Select the destination for the file in the file system
and enter a file name
The default is prv_pb_<ID>.csv
Quickdial
You can enter a quick dial for
Office

Mobile
and
Home
. Dial the quick dial
on your phone like this:

Select the image from the file system on the computer or
