5. Check valves for jamming
Check:
The valve part must be visually inspected for impurities and damage. In
order to ensure long-term functionality, the valves of the valve section
should be checked. To do this, remove the adsorber part from the valve
part and check the functionality of the valves.
Measure:
If the valves do not open and close, replace the valve part with a new one
to ensure full functionality.

6. Optical control of the adsorber
Check:
The adsorber (valve part and adsorber part) must be visually checked for
damage. Damage can occur due to various environmental or operating
conditions.
Action:
If the adsorber is damaged, replace the damaged part to ensure full
functionality.
Weekly
7. Replacing wear parts
Check:
The wear parts of the adsorber and the valve part must be checked for
their condition.
Measure:
Regardless of the result of the test, it is recommended to replace the
wearing parts by using the spare parts package or a new adsorber part to
ensure smooth operation.
