Connectors and hoses

Hoses and unions do not require any maintenance operation.
Check the tightness of the unions where oil leaks occur.

ENGINE

ANY OPERATION WITH THE ENGINE WORKING IS RESERVED TO SPECIFIC PERSONNEL
AND IT REQUIRES THE DISCONNECTION OF A SAFETY DEVICE THAT MUST BE ALWAYS
RESTORED.
DO NOT MODIFY THE SETTING OF THE SPEED REGULATOR.
ALWAYS REPLACE THE DAMAGED MUFFLERS.

To correctly use and check the engine, operators are strongly advised to thoroughly read the instructions give in
the Use and Maintenance Manual for the specific engine in question.

Cleaning the engine radiator and hydraulic oil

We recommended to clean with care the radiator with compressed air. If coolant temperature is > 100° or the
max. temperature acoustic buzzer
sounds, immediately stop working, let the engine run at low speed for a few seconds before turning it off and
immediately clean the net and the

radiator itself.

Air precleaner maintenance

Air filter is protected by a self-cleaning precleaner located above the same
filter.
The precleaner shall be cleaned at least once a year. Procedure: remove the
fixing screw placed of the cover, remove the cover and check that the fan
turns freely.

Air filter

Positioned in the rear right part
of the machine (Turboloader M
and  S)  above  the  battery.  We
recommended  the  replacement
each 200 hours of work. For the
substitution  of  it,  take  out  the
upper  cover,  unscrew  the  cap
that  close  the  filter  box  and
extract the cartridge.
