HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER

The machine is equipped with only one filter for hydraulic oil. This is
situated above the same tank under the rear cover.

Replacement of hydraulic oil filter:



Remove the higher - rear cover.



Unscrew the red cap on the oil filter.



Take out the filter and clearing or replace it.

To reinstall the wheels proceed in the opposite way.

REPLACEMENT HYDRAULIC OIL

For the replacement of the hydraulic oil unscrew the drain cap under the tank of the same oil. The system
contains 40 litres (M version), 60 litres (H version). To fill with the new oil used oil recommended by Gianni
Ferrari in the chart Main maintenance operations. Using a synthetic oil is discouraged.

CONTROL OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SYSTEM

For a good working of the machine is important to periodically check the hydraulic system pressure.
On the machine has been installed Nr°3 quick attacks to control the hydraulic pressure of the system. The
pressure varies when we talking about services pressure or pump pressure. In the side pictures are shown the 3
points where is possible verify the hydraulic pressure using a manometer.
The transmission pump shall have a pressure not less than 280 BAR. This pressure not can be change. To verify
this pressure, connect a manometer in the point shown in the picture

Near the transmission pump is advisable check the pressure of the supply pump. This is always a back pressure
than 28 BAR that supplies the pedal (forward and reverse motion) and the multifunction joistick (picture

).

The lifting arm and the auxiliary attacks are controlled from 2 pumps through Nr 2 distributors mounted an the
right side of the machine, under the control panel. This distributors has Nr 2 adjustable valves pre-setting from
Gianni Ferrari at a pressure of 200 BAR. The third point where is possible check the system pressure is through
the frontal hydraulic plug. The pressure should not fall below under 200 Bar (picture

).

NOT INCREASE NEVER THE RACOMMENDED PRESSURE, IT COULD
CHECK SOME BROKEN OF PUMPS, DISTRIBUTORS OR OTHER HYDRAULIC PARTS.
