Hint
Before updating the firmware there must be made sure that only one PAB device (this
Expansion Box) is connected directly to the ProfiLux. Other PAB devices at the
ProfiLux during the update are
not
allowed!
During the firmware update the sensors are not read, measurement values are not available. Interface
outputs (pumps, illuminations) aren’t accessed anymore. Therefore all accessed devices (like pumps,
valves, switching plugs, dosing pumps …) should be disabled or disconnected. Sensors or illuminations are
generally noncritical and can remain connected.
